Low refund rates mean happy clients who used the list of the paid survey site, found good survey makers, made money and were happy with the value received. High refund rates, on the other hand, mean many unhappy clients who used the list offered, found bad survey makers, did not make money and demanded their money back!

So here's how to get a good list: First off, only consider paid survey sites with a STRONG money-back guarantee, backed up by a bank or financial company such as PayPal or ClickBank.
